Northstar's Private Equity Events are offered in two forms based on the firm's investment criteria and focus.

 Private Equity Heavy Hitters

       This lower middle market focused event is exclusively for generalist Private Equity and Investment Banking Firms representing and acquiring companies with EBITDA of $5mm-$20mm. The events are held in premier hotels or sport stadiums in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis and New York.
    
  Core Middle Market Heavy Hitters

      This core middle market focused event is exclusively for Private Equity and Investment Banking Firms representing and acquiring companies with EBITDA of $25mm-$75mm. These events are held at Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago with industry focuses such as, Business Services, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Energy and Industrials.

We pride ourselves in creating events that not only optimize your firm's time and productivity but also are the most economical for your bottom line. Northstar offers an exclusive environment where you not only meet with firms that are relevant to your industry, but that will foster valuable deal flow for your firm.
